Tenbu, a cloud data company established in Brazil that specialises in solutions for making intelligent decisions using analytics, big data, and machine learning, has been acquired by Accenture.
Tenbu's 170 data specialists and the company's numerous certifications have been transferred to Accenture Cloud First's Data & AI division.
In a statement, Accenture stated that its mission is to support its worldwide clients with "whole enterprise reinvention" by constructing a digital core, streamlining operations, and boosting revenue. The acquisition's terms were kept a secret.
The acquisition brings Tenbu’s data and AI expertise, industry depth, and cloud innovation under the Accenture umbrella to help clients “monetise across the cloud continuum”, the firm said.
